Other details: 'Messiah' was developed as part of the Kunstlerhaus Bethanien Berlin International Studio residency and funded by Arts Council England, the Australia Council and Kunstlerhaus Bethanien, The Henry Moore Trust and the Elephant Trust. A cross-disciplinary work with the country and western band the Midnight Amblers asked to re-write the music for the 1742 libretto of Handel's Messiah. The work is an exploration of narrativity and belief systems and their cultural placement and expression. Shown as a work in Progress Kunstlerhaus Bethanien June 2004 (solo exhibition).
