Abstract

This paper focuses upon research into regional, long-term changes in shore morphology undertaken in one of several integrated projects underpinning the Regional Coastal Simulator of the Tyndall Centre for Climate Change. It deals with geomorphological assessment, wave modelling, coastal flooding, shore recession and GIS-based analysis of risk and will, subject to acceptance, be described at Coastal Dynamics ’05 in separate papers.
