Abstract

The title compound, C12H13NO3S, is the product of a stereoselective epoxidation reaction, followed by cyclization and hydrolysis of the resulting epoxide. The heterocyclic ring is slightly twisted. Molecules are linked into a chain through intermolecular N-H...O=C hydrogen-bonding interactions.
