An exhibition of large works on canvas and small collages and pencil drawings.Through the juxtaposition of large and small scaled work, of the monumental and the intimate, and a variety of kinds of imagery, the exhibition sought to establish visual equivalents for models of memory.

Notes: The exhibition was curated by artist Jurgen Faust and continues a sequence of research projects initiated and developed as part of a dialogue with a network of artists from Germany, Italy, Slovakia and India. Project supported by Rootstein Hopkins Foundation Sabbatical Award and Northern Arts Award. Accompanying guest lecture by Prof. Leonard Emmerling on the subject of Navratil's energy model of memory in relation to the work in the exhibition.
