A uniquely practical approach to contract law, this new textbook uses problems and illustrations to help students quickly grasp core concepts, identify relevant issues, engage with key debates, and apply their learning to real-life contexts, and understand how the law interacts with everyday life. The problem-based learning approach allows students to engage with each topic through relevant, real-world problems and encourages deep learning by giving students a relatable context for their study of each topic. Clear explanations of key concepts in contract law help students to gain a thorough understanding of the subject area, while 'Case in depth' boxes provide more detailed commentary on the most influential cases to enable students to understand their relevance and 'Debates in context' and 'practice in context' features draw out debates in contract law and highlight areas where the law might be difficult to apply, to help students critique and reflect on the operation of the law.
