Notes: The 26th Cochrane Colloquium, due to take place in Santiago, Chile, on 22nd to 25th October 2019, was cancelled due to an unprecedented situation of civil unrest in Santiago. With the support of many of the contributors who had planned to participate and present at the Santiago Colloquium, Cochrane was able to welcome the community to participate in the first virtual Colloquium (#CochraneSantiago; colloquium2019.cochrane.org), which took place on 2nd to 6th December 2019. The abstracts in this Supplement were accepted for presentation at the 2019 Cochrane Colloquium, and some were presented during the subsequent virtual Colloquium.
