Abstract

The abstract discusses how the introduction of the admissibility test in order for the judges to be able to review legal claims creates barriers to accessing justice in the context of algorithmic decision-making. It analyses the law reform proposal the UK government circulated as part of introducing a Modern Bill of Rights.
