Abstract

Argument for the necessarily social nature and function of information, and against the counterproductive privatisation and taxation of information which traditionally fed and maintained the “knowledge commons”. Reference to the concept of “Intergenerational Equity” and information legacies introduced by Dominique Foray and Ali Kazancigil.
