Abstract

Specifically: In Figure 6B, several lanes in the H1 channel appear highly similar to each other. In Figure 6C, two lanes in the p53 channel appear highly similar to each other. In Figure 6B, several lanes in the H1 channel appear highly similar to each other. In Figure 6C, two lanes in the p53 channel appear highly similar to each other. The Publisher contacted the authors to discuss these concerns, but due to the age of this paper, the authors were no longer able to access the raw image files. Readers are therefore advised to interpret the data presented in this article with caution. N Johnson, GI Shapiro, and NJ Curtin agree with this Editorial Expression of Concern. The Publisher was unable to confirm current contact details for J Bentley. The remaining authors did not respond to correspondence from the Publisher about this Editorial Expression of Concern.
