Abstract

© The Author(s), 2024. Published by Cambridge University Press on behalf of The Society of Antiquaries of London. This paper publishes for the first time two apparently unprovenanced Westland cauldrons in the collections of the Society of Antiquaries of London. An argument is made that these vessels are two of the three cauldrons from the lost Halkyn Mountain hoard found c 1760.
