Abstract

非疫情期间的建筑环境(BE)特性有效促进了人们的体育活动(PA),从而改善了健康结果并带来了经济效益。然而,在COVID-19疫情期间,BE特征在改变PA方面的作用,以及有利的BE特征是否可以减轻限制导致的PA下降,仍不清楚。目前没有科学证据解释英国的封锁政策和BE变化如何以及为何影响了人们的PA水平和生活方式。这一空白可能会限制减缓当前和未来疫情导致的PA下降的机会。在本研究中,使用系统动力学和模型构建(因果循环图、因果链等)分析定性数据,以建立BE和PA之间的因果关系。这有助于阐明英国封锁期间BE对居民生活方式和PA的影响及其调节作用。结果表明,居住密度是疫情期间BE的一个特征,影响了病毒的传播和居民的PA水平。另一个特点是距离目的地较近,这也导致体力活动减少。相反,土地利用模式以及绿色景观和公园的存在有效地提高了居民的体力活动水平。为了降低病毒传播的风险,有必要创建更多可到达的绿色公园,建设低密度社区,确保居民的感知安全,并使社区更能抵御危机和流行病。缺乏体力活动会损害身体;因此,需要制定策略来促进生活方式的改变,以保持可接受的体力活动水平并确保持久的身心健康。
