Regarding the Newcastle 85+ Study, requests submitted to the Newcastle 85+ Study project email (n85.plus.enquiries@newcastle.ac.uk), which is monitored/accessed by the project administrator & data manager. Such requests are then forwarded to the Newcastle 85+ Data Guardians group, data can be made available for researchers who meet the criteria for access to confidential data. CFAS II de-identified data are freely available on application after approval from the CFAS management committee. The application form and essential data information can be found at http://www.cfas.ac.uk/cfas-ii/cfasii-data/. The ELSA dataset from the main survey is available in a public, open-access repository and can be accessed through the UK Data Service at https://ukdataservice.ac.uk/.
