The study protocol and all individual-participant data collected during the trial, after de-identification, will be made available after publication and on receipt of a well documented and substantiated request made to the Malawi Liverpool Wellcome Programme via the corresponding author. Requests will be assessed by an independent review committee and requestors will need to sign a data access agreement.
