Data Access Statement: The SEBAL algorithm was implemented using Landsat 8 imagery within the Google Earth Engine platform (https:// earthengine.google.com), and both datasets are publicly accessible. GRACE terrestrial water storage data were obtained from two sources: the Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL) and the Centre for Space Research (CSR), both available through NASA's GRACE portal (https://grace.jpl.nasa.gov). Soil moisture data used in this study were sourced from the Global Land Data Assimilation System (GLDAS), accessible via NASA’s GES DISC (https:// disc.gsfc.nasa.gov).
