Abstract

The paper reports on an ongoing experiment with information technology services. Maintaining the high level of QoS provision within the Staffordshire University Network Communications Infrastructure (SUNCI) has a high priority in the IT Department. The user's perception of QoS is partly influenced by the existing SUNCI, but ultimately by the services received. (12 References).
