The convergence of computed triply differential cross sections for photo-double ionization of helium at 20 eV and 25 eV above threshold were studied. The convergence study also identified specific situations where the convergence rate becomes particularly slow. It was observed that the degree of perturbation is dependent on the tuning of the electron optics. It was found that the presence of the photon tubes also perturb the single ionization angular distributions.
