Abstract

The various applications for smart geosynthetics are discussed. Smart geosynthetics are ideal candidate to initiate electro-kinetic processes. Conductive geosynthetics can be used to reduce the volume of industrial wastes by electro-osmosis. The use of conductive geosynthetics can resolve some of the problems inherent in many large stadia.
