Abstract

Dissociation constants (Ka) of morpholinomethylphosphonic acid, piperidinomethylphosphonic acid, and the well-known pH buffer morpholinopropylsulfonic acid were determined potentiometrically at 7 = 0.1 mol dm-3 NaCl ionic strength at (25 ± 0.5)°C. Stability constants for Cu2+-, Ni2+-, and Zn 2+morpholinopropylsulfonate and -piperidinomethylphosphonate complexes were determined. © 2005 American Chemical Society.
