Abstract

This paper looks at the wider system surrounding a "Mondex" electronic purse. It does this from a process oriented perspective using the π-calculus. Our model includes the issuing of purses by an authorised bank and the decisions of cardholders to participate in transactions. © 2007 IEEE.
