The publisher regrets that in the above paper the legends to Figs. 1, 4 and 5 were printed incorrectly. In all simulations shown in these figures the Helmholtz double layer capacity for gas-like adsorption was 18 mF cm2 and for liquid-like adsorption 5 mF cm2.
