Abstract

The article describes activities that can be used outside the classroom in a mathematics lesson, in which they incorporate the concept of the game, catch me if you can. It explains how the game is played. It notes that teaching mathematical concepts outside the classroom engages and reinforces learning. It relates that French mathematician Pierre Bouguer was the first mathematician to work on the idea of pursuit analysis in 1732.
