Abstract

We report a two-year-old patient with isomerism of the right atrial appendages, a functionally univentricular heart, and associated totally anomalous pulmonary venous connection. The unusual finding was an intrapulmonary course of the vertical vein. We discuss the anatomical findings, management, and outcome. © 2012, SAGE Publications. All rights reserved.
