Abstract

对于中国本土管理研究应该采用什么样的哲学基础这一问题,黄光国和李平有着截然相反的判断,他们的观点可以看成是对立的两极.基于此,试图在这两个极端之间开辟一条中间路线:既不完全同意黄光国关于本土研究必须采用西方科学哲学的判断,也不认同李平关于中国传统哲学的智慧哲学诠释,而是通过融会阴阳思想、儒道哲学、波尔互补原理及黑格尔辩证逻辑等中西哲学元素,尝试建构中国本土管理研究的道理论、认识论和方法论.这样的一种哲学观可以被称之为X整合主义.
