Abstract

© The Author(s) 2019.Middle aortic syndrome is a rare anatomic defect of the descending aorta and presents with hypertension. We present a unique case with “corkscrew” configuration. This case highlights the need for evaluation with advanced imaging for diagnosis to facilitate surgical management and avoid hypertensive complications.
