Abstract

© The Author(s), 2024. Published by Cambridge University Press.We report an unusual variant of obstructed supra cardiac anomalous pulmonary venous drainage where the vertical vein is obstructed by a vice formed between the persistent arterial duct and the left pulmonary artery.
