As part of the 2025 GWO conference titled “World in Crisis and the Future of work”, this track invites submissions that explore:1. how masculinities underpin work and organisations, and2. how masculinities will determine work and organisations in the future, especially at the lived-experiential level.In particular, we encourage submissions that explore how and why masculinities may create (and counter) crises linked to inclusion/exclusion in work and organisational contexts in the future, as the world of work evolves.
